Brill receives 2017 Newman Student Medal

Congratulations to Laura Brill, who has been selected to receive a 2017 Robert Bradford Newman Student Medal for Merit in Architectural Acoustics, which recognizes excellence in the study of acoustics and its application to architecture!  She was nominated by Dr. Lily Wang and Dr. Erica Ryherd for her Master’s thesis research on “Exploring the Correlation between Occupied and Unoccupied Noise Levels in K-12 Classrooms”, advised by Dr. Lily Wang.
