Congratulations to Adam Steinbach, a junior in the UNL Architectural Engineering program! He has been selected as the recipient of the 2012 Undergraduate Research Award by the Institute of Noise Control Engineering! He plans to use the funds to pay test subjects in a pilot subjective study on how best to determine the threshold of annoyance that humans have to noise with tonal components.
