Dr. Andrew Barnard from Michigan Tech invited Dr. Lily Wang to visit and present a couple of lectures, one on ‘Practical Applications and Hot Topics in Room Acoustics’ and the other on ‘Theatre Design Considerations’, on March 1-2, 2018. Anna Catton, current NAG student and an alum of Michigan Tech, also came and joined in the subsequent brainstorming sessions on renovating Michigan Tech’s Rosza Theater. It was great to visit with Dr. Barnard and his students; we’re looking forward to seeing how the students’ ideas on the renovation are implemented!
